Guide to the National Endowment for the Arts - an overview of the grantmaking programs of the single largest arts funder in the United States. Arts Resource Center - includes a catalogue of publications (some free of charge), contact information for a broad range of national arts service organizations, and a library of online publications.

The Arts Access pilot Visual Arts Bridging Course for People with Physical Disabilities, is now being delivered at Swinburne University of Technology.
Initiated and administered by Cleveland Arts, Cleveland Disability Arts Network promotes disabled artists and disability issues through the arts.
